基于MasrerCAM加工工藝探索的打印機通紙導板型芯的

摘要:分析了打印機通紙導板塑件及其型芯結構的特點,擬定了型芯的加工刀路軌跡,利用Master?CAM2019曲面高速加工功能,對型芯進行了粗加工、殘料區加工、水平面精加工、側面精加工及清角,高效編制了型芯的加工程序。經量產校驗,打印機通紙導板型芯的加工工藝合理。

Exploration on processing technology of printer paper guide core based on MasrerCAM

Abstract: The structural characteristics of the printer's paper guide plate and core was analyzed, and the processing tool path of the core was reasonably formulated. The high-speed curved surface machining function of MasterCAM 2019 was used to rough machine the core, process the residual material area, finish the horizontal surface, finish the side and clear the corner, and the core processing program was efficiently compiled. After mass production, the processing technology of the printer paper guide core was reasonable.
