盒形結構復合材料零件厚度控制研究

摘要:結合某新型民用飛機尾翼部分小尺寸、少鋪層盒形結構復合材料零件的應用,通過不同鋪層的平板試驗,討論了零件厚度特性,研究了不同結構壓力墊對零件厚度、表面質量、內部質量的影響,得出了壓力墊選型結論。采取了邊緣樹脂封膠、厚度控制等工藝措施,成功制造合格試件,最后對零件外形進行檢測,確定了1.35°修型角度的殷鋼模具,可有效補償鋪層厚度為6層及牌號為CYCOM970/PWCT3003K環氧樹脂增強的碳纖維預浸料制造的盒形結構復合材料零件的回彈變形。

Research on thickness control of box-shaped structure composite parts

Abstract: Combined with the application of a new type of civil aircraft tail part with small size and few layers of box-shaped structure composite materials, the thickness characteristics of the parts were discussed through plate tests with different layers. The influence of pressure pads with different structures on the thickness, surface quality, and internal quality of the parts was studied, and the conclusion of pressure pad selection was obtained. Process measures such as sealant and thickness control were adopted to successfully manufacture qualified specimens. Finally, the part shape detection was completed, and it was determined that the Invar alloy tooling with 1.35° modification angle could effectively compensate the springback deformation of the box structure composite parts made of CYCOM 970/PWC T300 3K epoxy resin reinforced carbon fiber prepreg with a thickness of 6 layers.
