天窗頂蓋流水槽暗坑及拉痕缺陷分析與控制

摘要:針對天窗頂蓋流水槽區域產生暗坑、拉痕等缺陷的原因及解決方案進行闡述,通過對制件的成形工藝、模具結構、模具調試等方面進行分析,并優化成形工藝與模具結構,最終實現暗坑、拉痕缺陷的可控,進而提升整車外觀質量。

Analysis and control of dark pit and shuttle defects on skylight top cover launder

Abstract: The cause of dark pits, shuttle defects on skylight roof launder area and the solutions were expounded. Based on the analysis of stamping forming process, die structure, and die debugging, the optimization of process and die structure was adopted. Finally, it realized the controllable for dark pit and shuttle defects, which improved the vehicle surface quality.
