延時氮氣彈簧在四工具體單動拉深模中的應用

摘要：以某車型后圍上邊梁零件為例，采用四工具體單動拉深模結構，使用延時氮氣彈簧作為上壓料塊壓力源，從CAE沖壓模擬分析、模具結構設計、試模驗證，闡述了延時氮氣彈簧在拉深模中發揮的作用。

Application of time-delay nitrogen spring in four-tool single-action drawing die

Abstract: Taking a roof side frame on rear wall of a car model as an example, a four-tool single-action drawing die was adopted, and the time-delay nitrogen spring was used as the pressing material source of the upper pressing block. The important role of time-delay nitrogen spring in drawing process was expounded from CAE stamping simulation analysis, die structure design, test validation.
