錐形電機定子內錐面校形失效分析及校形裝置設計

摘要:針對生產現場部分定子沖片疊鉚內錐面校形失效問題,從沖片生產工藝、伺服數控分度沖切工裝模具刃口形式及沖切斷面狀態變化等分析,得出沖切線毛刺變化、沖片翹曲狀態及沖片錯位疊壓等因素的不確定性是導致沖片疊鉚后層間綜合摩擦系數不一致性的根本原因,同時疊鉚預壓過程中會產生彈性墊片效應,出現軸向彈性預壓緊力,另外錐形校形模具(塞棒模具)作用于內錐面的壓力存在軸向分力,上述合力所產生的片間摩擦力有可能大于塞棒模具施加在沖片上的水平分力,導致校形失效?;谏鲜鲅芯?,重新設計了一套適用于自動生產線的氣動式外圓柱面校正裝置,避免了校形模具對沖片的軸向壓力,達到了自動找正的沖片同軸校形的目的,研究結論解決了實際生產中的工藝可靠性問題。

Failure analysis of motor core sizing process on inner cone surface and the sizing tools design

Abstract: Aiming at the failure of inner cone surface of stator punch sheets riveting in production site, from the punching production process, the cutting edge form of the servo numerical control punch cutting tool, and the state change of the punching and cutting surface, etc, the uncertainty of factors such as tangent burr change, buckling condition, and plate dislocation overlying was analyzed as the fundamental reasons for comprehensive friction coefficient between the layers of the inconsistency. At the same time, in the process of riveting stack preloading might produce effect of elastic gasket and axial elastic preloading force, another cone sizing tool (stopper tool) effect on the inner cone of axial component of the pressure. The friction force between the plates might be greater than the horizontal component force exerted on the punching plate by the plug die, resulting in the sizing failure. Based on the above research, a set of pneumatic cylindrical surface correction device for automatic production line was redesigned, which avoided the axial pressure of the sizing tool and achieved the goal of self-alignment of the punch sheet. The research results effectively solved the process reliability problems in actual production.
