模具鋼球頭銑削加工表面微凹坑形貌形成機理及摩擦特性研究

摘要:以冷作模具鋼Cr12MoV為研究對象,并以改善球頭銑削加工表面摩擦特性為目標,通過切削加工試驗與摩擦磨損試驗,研究球頭銑削加工表面微凹坑形貌的形成機理,并分析每齒進給量對微凹坑表面形貌參數與摩擦磨損性能的影響規律。結果表明,采用較大的每齒進給量與徑向切深組合可獲得顯著微凹坑特征的表面形貌,且增大每齒進給量會提高微凹坑邊緣等高程度與厚度;表面輪廓均方根偏差和偏態均隨每齒進給量的增大而增大,而峰態隨每齒進給量的增大而減??;該類形貌能產生流體動壓潤滑效應和儲存磨屑,這使其具有良好的減摩性能;與拋光表面相比,以每齒進給量0.3mm/z銑削的表面摩擦系數低18.1%。

Study on formation mechanism and friction characteristics of micro-pits on die steel surface by ball milling

Abstract: Taking cold work die steel Cr12MoV as the research object, aiming at improving the surface friction characteristics of ball milling, the forming mechanism of micro-pitting surface was studied by machining test and friction-wear test, and the influence of the single tooth feed on the surface morphography parameters and friction-wear properties of micro-pitting surface was analyzed. The results showed that the surface morphography with significant micro-pits could be obtained by using the combination of larger single tooth feed and radial cutting depth, and the contour degree and thickness of micro-pits might be increased with the increasing of the single tooth feed. The root mean square deviation and skewness of the surface profile increased with the increasing of the single tooth feed, while the kurtosis was decreased. This kind of morphology could produce hydrodynamic lubrication effect and store abrasive debris, which made it obtain good antifriction ability. Compared with polished surface, the surface friction coefficient of single tooth feed milling at 0.3 mm/z was 18.1% lower.
