3R夾具工藝基準系統的應用

摘要：通過實際案例介紹了3R夾具工藝基準系統的應用，在復雜工件的加工中3R夾具可使各工序銜接更加順暢，降低加工難度并提高制造精度，節約生產成本；加工不同工件時轉換更加快捷、方便，3R夾具在機械加工中更能體現敏捷制造和柔性制造。

Application of process datum system of 3R fixture

Abstract: The application of datum system of 3R fixture was introduced through a practical case. In the processing of complex workpiece, 3R fixture made the connection of each process more smoothly, reduced the processing difficulty, and improved the manufacturing accuracy. It was faster and more convenient to convert during processing of different workpiece. 3R fixture could reflect agile manufacturing and flexible manufacturing better in machining.
