帶混合器支架的塑料管材擠出機頭設計

摘要：介紹了帶混合器支架的塑料管材擠出機頭結構設計，為了消除機頭內支架分流筋產生的熔接痕，設計了帶有菱形螺旋條和圓形流道的網格支架板集成的混合器支架，使熔料通過時進行交錯、剪切、混合和緩沖，最終消除熔接痕，提高管材的綜合性能；為了減輕模具質量，將分流器和芯棒連接套設計為中空結構，縮短了機頭的加熱和冷卻時間。通過實踐表明：帶混合器支架的擠出塑料管材機頭結構設計合理，使擠出的熔料流動性更穩定、塑化性能好、表面光澤好，減輕了模具質量，機頭拆裝快捷方便。

Design of plastic pipe extruder head with mixer bracket

Abstract: The structure design of a plastic pipe extruder head with mixer bracket was introduced. In order to eliminate the weld mark caused by the shunting rib of the bracket in the extruder head, a mixer bracket with grid bracket plate integrated with diamond spiral strip and circular runner was designed to make the material interleave, shear, mix and buffer, and finally to eliminate the weld mark and improve the comprehensive performance of the pipe. In order to reduce the weight of the mould, the shunt and mandrel connecting sleeve were designed with hollow structure, which shortened the heating and cooling time of the extruder head. The practice showed that the structure design of the plastic pipe extruder head with mixer support was reasonable, which made the extruded material flow more stable, made the plasticizing performance good, and made the surface gloss better, the mould was lightened, and the disassembly and assembly of the head was quick and convenient.
