摘要：通過分析精密雙聯塑料斜齒輪的結構與工藝特點，介紹了其注射模設計，闡述了該模具在設計和制造工藝應注意的技術問題，模具結構簡單、動作可靠，生產的齒輪滿足質量要求。

Abstract: By analyzing the structure and process characteristics of precision double plastic helical gear, the injection mould design was introduced, and the technical problems that should be paid attention in the design and manufacturing process were expounded. The mould structure was simple, its action was reliable, and the gear produced met the quality requirements.
