汽車外覆蓋件分縫圓角光順控制方法

摘要：介紹了分縫圓角的特點和成形原理，分析了產生分縫圓角缺陷的原因，從不同工序不同方向翻邊整形、同一工序不同方向翻邊整形2種情況闡述了分縫圓角質量的控制方法，在實際生產中通過改進翻邊整形工藝，提升了側圍外板的分縫圓角質量。

Method for controlling smooth clearance fillet of automobile outer covering parts

Abstract: The characteristics and the forming theories of clearance fillet were introduced, and the causes of clearance fillet defects were analyzed. The quality control methods were expounded from two conditions, namely, flanging and sizing from different directions in different processes, and flanging and sizing from different directions in the same process. The quality of clearance fillet at side wall outer plate was improved by improving the flanging and sizing processes in actual production.
