基于數值統計的頂蓋天窗尺寸整改

摘要:通過數值統計方案,對頂蓋天窗尺寸變差區域進行 XBar-R圖分析,判定其具備可以整改的條件,然后對沖壓工藝路線及生產過程從人、機、料、法、環方面進行分析,找到尺寸變差的原因,針對產生原因進行多組試驗,最終通過更改模具結構解決了尺寸問題。

Rectification of skylight size based on numerical statistics

Abstract: XBar-R diagram was used to analyze the size variation area of roof skylight by using the numerical statistics scheme. The rectify condition was judged, then the stamping process route and the production process were analyzed from person, machine, material, method, environment to find the causes of the size variation. By carrying out several groups of experiment, the size problem was solved finally by changing the die structure.
