差厚板熱成形B柱仿真分析及試驗研究

摘要:針對差厚板保壓淬火過程中溫度降速不均勻問題,通過 AutoForm 軟件對成形過程進行仿真分析,優化了工藝參數及模具零件間隙,解決了馬氏體轉化率不均勻導致的制件抗拉強度和硬度不足的問題,并且應用在某車型B柱上。

Simulation analysis and experimental study on B-pillar hot forming of tailor-rolled blanks

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of uneven temperature reduction of speed in the process of press hardening of tailor-rolled blanks, the forming process was simulated and analyzed by using Auto?Form software. The process parameters and the clearance of die parts were optimized, and the problems that the parts' tensile strength and hardness were insufficient caused by uneven martensite conversion were solved, which applied in the B-pillar of some cars.
