A356鋁合金半固態壓鑄模設計

摘要:針對減速器箱蓋壁厚較大及軸端環形槽倒扣位脫模困難的特點,設計了1副以鋁合金A356為成型材料的壓鑄模。采用攪拌型半固態壓鑄解決鑄件內部容易出現孔洞及致密度不足的問題,提高鑄件質量和強度;采用鑲件套壓鑄解決鑄件脫模困難的問題;采用定模組合滑塊清理鑲件孔的渣屑,保證模具的可持續生產,取得了較好的經濟效益。

Design of A356 aluminum alloy semi-solid die-casting die

Abstract:In view of the difficulty in forming the outer annular groove of the axle end of the reducer gear box cover and the large wall thickness of the product, a die-casting die that made of A356 aluminum alloy was designed. The internal holes and insufficient density of the castings was solved by stirring semi-solid die casting, which improved its quality and strength. The inserts were used to solve the difficulty demoulding, and the combined sliders in the fixed half of die were used to clean up debris from insert holes, which was to ensure the sustainable production.
