汽車高光格柵注射模設計

摘要:針對某車型高光格柵的結構特點,采用CAE分析技術確定澆口數量和位置,運用CAD技術設計格柵注射模。模具結構設計為倒裝式,并采用熱流道順序閥控制系統、直頂進澆技術和隨形冷卻水路達到成型塑件外觀要求的目的。生產實踐驗證,模具結構可靠,動作平穩,脫模順暢,保證了成型塑件的質量。

Design of injection mould for automotive high-gloss grille

Abstract: Aiming at the structure characteristic of high-gloss grille of a car, the CAE analysis technology was used to determine the number and location of gates, and the CAD technology was used to design the mould for the grill. The inverted mould structure was designed, and the hot runner sequence valve control system was used, also the straight gating sytem and the conformal cooling system were applied to realize the product appearance, the qualified products were obtained. The production practice verified that the mould structure was reliable, the movement was stable, the demoulding was smooth, and the quality of the molded plastic parts was effectively guaranteed.
