注塑機導油管135°彎管注射模設計

摘要:設計了1模2腔兩板式模具用于注塑機導油管135°彎管異形接頭塑件的注射成型,模具采用4種類型的脫模機構用于成型塑件的脫模,分別為彎管、直管、內收式、推桿推出等脫模機構。彎管抽芯機構使用齒條驅動扇形齒輪,再驅動圓弧滑塊實施旋轉抽芯;直管抽芯機構使用液壓缸驅動內外壁型芯實施2次抽芯;內抽芯機構使用T形槽鎖緊塊驅動內收式抽芯;塑件最終由推桿推出。

Design of injection mould for 135°elbow of oil guide pipe used in injection moulding machine

Abstract: A two plates mould with two cavities and was designed for injection moulding the 135° elbow joint of oil guide pipe used in an injection moulding machine. Four types of demoulding mechanisms were used to demould the plastic parts, which were elbow core-pulling mechanism, straight pipe core-pulling mechanism, retracting core-pulling mechanism and ejector pin ejection mechanism. The rack was used to drive the fan-shaped gear and then drive the circular slider to implement rotary core-pulling in the bending core-pulling mechanism. The oil cylinder was used to drive the inner and outer wall core to core-pulling in the straight tube core-pulling mechanism. The T-groove locking block was used to drive the inner core-pulling. Finally, the plastic part was ejected by using the ejector pin.
