澆口對玻纖增強塑料齒輪精度及力學性能的影響

?摘要:通過對3點進料玻纖增強塑料齒輪的齒形精度及力學性能進行測試,結合MoldFlow模擬仿真結果,分析了齒輪嚙合精度低、齒輪強度一致性差的原因。針對此問題,提出采用中心進料的設計方案,實現了玻纖的均勻排列,結果證明該方法可有效提高玻纖增強塑料齒輪的嚙合精度和齒輪強度的一致性。

Effect of gate design on precision and mechanical property of glass fiber-reinforced plastic gear

Abstract:The precision and mechanical property of glass fiber-reinforced plastic gears moulded by three pin-point gates were measured. Combined with the MoldFlow simulation results, the reasons of poor meshing precision and tooth strength consistency were analyzed. To solve the problem, the center gate was used, and the results showed that the meshing precision and tooth strength consistency both were improved.
