整體式車門外板窗框回彈控制

摘要:針對帶有翻邊的汽車外覆蓋件在沖壓成形過程中出現的回彈問題,現以某車門外板為例,從沖壓工藝方案、A級曲面重新補償、模具結構等方面進行闡述,應用CAE全工序模擬分析技術進行方案虛擬驗證,控制成形制件的回彈,并將驗證方案在結構設計中實施,同時結合A級曲面補償,重構加工數模用于現場加工。通過現場生產驗證該方法的有效性,表明該方法可以有效控制汽車外覆蓋件因翻邊導致的回彈。

Springback control of window in frame integral door outer panel

Abstract:In order to solve the springback of the automobile outer cover panels with flanging process during stamping forming, taking the door outer panel as an example, the stamping process scheme, A class surface compensation reconstruction, die structure were elaborated. The whole process simulation analysis technology of CAE was applied to verify the scheme virtual simulation, and the springback of parts was controlled, and the verification scheme was implemented in the structural design. At the same time, combined with the reconstruction of A class surface compensation, the reconstruction of the machining digital model was used for field processing. The effectiveness of the method was verified by field production, which showed that the method could effectively control the springback problem that caused by the flanging of the automobile outer cover panels.
