利用有限元分析消除軸箱拉桿體折疊現象

摘要:針對軸箱拉桿體生產時出現桿部筋板折疊缺陷的現象,通過對軸箱拉桿體工藝進行有限元分析, 模擬其鍛造成型過程,分析桿部筋板折疊缺陷產生的原因,通過改進制坯工藝,再次進行模擬,消除了折疊現象,經過工藝試驗和實際生產,驗證了模擬結果的準確性,達到了節省試驗成本、提高生產效率的目的。

Eliminating folding of axle box pull rod by finite element analysis

Abstract: Folding defect of the rod rib was appeared in the production of axle box rod. Through the finite element analysis of the process of axle box pull rod body, the forging forming process was simulated, and the cause of rib plate folding defect was analyzed. After improving the blank process, the simulation was carried out again until the folding was eliminated, and the accuracy of the simulation results was verified through the process test and actual production.
