基于PDCA質量監控和保障體系理論構建高職院校課堂教學

摘要:通過借鑒PDCA質量管理理論,探索構建目標明確、監督完整、運行有序的課堂教學質量內部監控體系,切實保證教學運行穩定、教學質量穩步提升。以PDCA理論為指引,聚焦過程控制、梳理影響課堂教學質量的問題清單,對照要求將課堂教學各環節進行監控、診斷、分析與改進,建立優化的課堂教學質量監控與評價體系并應用于實際課堂教學中。

System of classroom teaching quality monitoring and guarantee based on PDCA theory in higher vocational colleges

Abstract: By referring to the PDCA quality management theory, the internal monitoring system of classroom teaching quality with clear objectives, complete supervision, and orderly operation was explored and constructed to ensure the stable operation of teaching and the steady improvement of teaching quality. Under the guidance of PDCA theory, we focused on process control, sorted out the list of problems that affect the quality of classroom teaching, monitored, diagnosed, analyzed, and improved each link of classroom teaching according to requirements, so as to establish an optimized classroom teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, and apply it to the actual classroom teaching.
