零件型面對數控銑刀切削壽命的影響研究

摘要:以研究單一角度曲面零件和單一R弧面零件銑削加工為切入點,闡述刀具切削壽命的相關知識,分析了φ10R5球頭銑刀銑削零件各表面時的狀態,由此得出參與切削的最大切削刃與球刀圓心形成的夾角,計算得出實際參與切削的刀長度,并得到切削壽命與型面關系的倍數n,獲得不同銑刀切削多角度斜面、R弧面時的切削壽命。通過理論分析、樣件零件壽命測試、現場生產零件實際加工數據驗證,最終得出φ10R5球頭銑刀壽命和理論計算數據基本相符的結論。

Research on influence of part profile factor on cutting life of CNC milling tool

Abstract: Based on the study of the parts with single angle curved surface and the single R surface milling, it expounded the relevant knowledge of the tool cutting life, and analyzed the state of the various surfaces of the parts by milling with φ10R5 ball head milling cutter. Thus, it obtained the biggest cutting edge and the angle formed by the center of spher mills. After calculation, the actual length of the cutting edge, and the multiple relation of cutting life with surface were obtained. The different tool life of milling cutter when cutting multi-angle inclined surface and R-cambered surface was obtained. Through theoretical analysis, sample parts life test, the field production of parts of the actual processing data verification, the final conclusion of φ10R5 ball end milling cutter life and theoretical calculation data were basically consistent.
