新型軸向伸縮式汽車輪胎成型模結構設計

摘要:針對不同鼓寬要求下徑向伸縮成型鼓鼓架伸縮范圍受限的問題,從結構方面對傳統雙滑塊式徑向伸縮鼓進行改進,利用旋轉裝置的旋轉運動帶動連桿擺動使鼓架和鼓肩只做徑向運動,設計了一種新型軸向伸縮式汽車輪胎成型模。成型鼓在改變徑向伸縮比時不會使鼓寬隨之變化,在軸向實現零行程,縮短了軸向內部空間,使結構更加緊湊,同時提高了成型精度,在伸縮比大但鼓寬小的場合中尤為適用。

Structure design of forming die for new axially telescopic tire

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of limited extension range of radial telescopic drum frame under the requirements of different drum width, the structure of traditional double slider radial telescopic drum was improved. The rotary motion of the rotary device driven the connecting rod to swing so that the drum frame and drum shoulder move radially. A new type of die for forming axially telescopic tire was designed. When changing the radial extension ratio of the drum, the drum width would not change with it. The zero stroke in the axial direction was realized, which greatly shortened the axial internal space, made the structure more compact and improved the forming accuracy. It is especially suitable for the occasions with large extension ratio but small drum width.
