TO-252 8R引線框架精密級進模設計

摘要：根據引線框架的結構特點和生產要求，分析了引線框架沖壓成形工藝，設計了精密級進模，并介紹了模具結構及關鍵零件的設計。經實際生產驗證，模具設計可靠，避免了生產問題及成形零件缺陷的產生，為高品質、高效率生產提供保障。

Design of precision progressive die for TO-252 8R lead frame

Abstract: Based on the structural characteristics and production requirements of lead frame, the stamping process of the lead frame was analyzed, and the precision stamping progressive die was designed, the die structure and the design of key parts were introduced. Through the actual production verification, the mould design was reliable, which avoided many production problems and part defects, and provided guarantee for high quality and high efficiency production.
