玻璃潤滑劑墊成型模設計

摘要:針對玻璃潤滑劑墊制作和運輸過程中易出現的開裂問題,設計了1副鋼管擠壓的玻璃潤滑劑墊成型模,以避免轉移或烘干過程中玻璃潤滑劑墊出現開裂。該模具更換零件方便,可成形不同尺寸和形狀的玻璃潤滑劑墊以及控制其密度。

Design of moulding die for glass lubricant pad

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of cracking that easily occurs during the production and transportation of the glass lubricant pad, a moulding die for glass pad by steel tube extrusion was designed to avoid cracking of the glass lubricant pad during the transfer or drying process. The mould was convenient to replace parts, which could form glass lubricant pads of different sizes and shapes, and control the density of the glass lubricant pads.
