挖掘機發動機進氣罩注射模設計

摘要:針對塑件形狀復雜的特點,設計了1副熱流道四板注射模成型,模具采用1模2腔布局,單腔使用 單點熱噴嘴澆注,模具分兩次打開。模具還設計了2種抽芯機構和1種推板推出機構實現塑件脫模,液壓缸二次抽芯機構用于成型塑件橫向內壁的抽芯脫模,哈夫滑塊機構用于塑件外壁的脫模,推板推出機構將塑件從豎向型芯鑲件上推出。

Design of injection mould for intake hood of excavator engine

Abstract: According to the plastic parts with complex shape, a set of four plate injection mould with hot runner was designed. The mould was arranged two cavities. The single cavity was injected with a single point hot nozzle, and the mould opened twice. Two kinds of core pulling mechanism and a ejection mechanism with push plate were designed to achieve demoulding. The secondary core-pulling mechanism with hydraulic cylinder was used for the transversal inner wall core pulling of the plastic parts. The half slider mechanism was used the plastic parts for demoulding, and the ejection mechanism with push plate was used to eject the plastic parts from the vertical core inserts.
