發動機機罩外板風窗暗坑優化方案研究

摘要:某車型發動機機罩外板首次調試出件后風窗暗坑缺陷嚴重,左右側缺陷形式和位置相近,通過對制件造型中的連接面分析與應變不足的分析,明確拉深工序不宜修改工藝及型面,只能對后工序進行工藝及模具優化。在后工序模具結構空間允許的前提下,從增加工藝型面考慮消除風窗暗坑缺陷,通過上、下模分別采用活動塊型面進行過A面補償,修邊模中針對缺陷區域的凸?;顒訅K型面進行定點、定向增量補償,上模凹?;顒訅K型面可控性符型研磨等措施,對修邊模進行模面工藝性及功能性提升,生產結果顯示發動機機罩外板風窗暗坑缺陷消除。

Study on optimization scheme of dark hole on air window of engine hood outer panel

Abstract: After the first debugging of the engine hood outer panel of a car, the dark hole defects of the air window was serious, and the defect form and position on the left and right sides were similar. Through the analysis of the link surface in the product modeling and the analysis of insufficient strain, it was clear that the drawing process and profiles should not be modified, and only the process and die optimization could be carried out in the later process. Under the premise of satisfying the structure space of the post-sequence die, the optimization of the dark hole defect on the air window was carried out by adding the process surface, and the upper and lower half of die were respectively compensated for the over A surface by slider profiles, and fixed point and directional incremental compensation were carried out by the slider profiles in the defect area of trimming die, and the controllable character grinding of slider profiles of the concave die was carried out to improve the process and functionality of the trimming die surface. The production results showed that the dark hole defect of the engine hood outer panel air window was eliminated.
