基于Polyflow仿真的PVC木塑復合材料異型材擠出模優化

摘要:使用Polyflow模擬PVC木塑復合(WPC)材料異型材擠出時在模具中的流動情況,分析了壓力場、 速度場分布,以異型材的截面均勻穩定擠出為目標,對比了模擬結果和樣品局部區域分割的測試結果, 并優化了異型材擠出模的流道。結果表明,優化后的產品質量和生產穩定性得到了明顯提升,產品的 截面尺寸達到設計要求,并且截面密度分布較均勻。

Optimization of extrusion die for PVC wood plastic composite profile based on Polyflow simulation

Abstract: The flow of PVC based WPC in the extrusion die was simulated by Polyflow, and the distribution of pressure field and velocity field was analyzed. The runner of the extrusion die was optimized by comparing the simulation results with the test results of partial region segmentation of the sample, aiming at the uniform and stable extrusion section of the profile. The results showed that the optimized product quality and production stability had been significantly improved, the section size of the product met the design requirements, and the section density distribution was uniform.
